The Position
Le Rosey Camps is seeking qualified EFL Teachers for its summer camps for students aged 8–16 years, taking place in June, July, and August.
The EFL Teacher delivers dynamic, well-structured English lessons to non-native speakers and supports the linguistic, communicative, and cultural development of students. The role also includes managing collaborative group projects designed to foster creativity, teamwork, and authentic language use.

Candidate Requirements

Have previous experience and/or training in the supervision of children and in summer camps
Possess a strong command of English; knowledge of additional languages (French, Japanese, Chinese, Russian, Arabic, etc.) is an asset
Demonstrate the following qualities:

Excellent rapport with students
Responsible and safety-minded

Qualifications

TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching certification
Prior experience teaching English as a foreign language (EFL) to children or teenagers
Experience in planning and leading group projects or collaborative activities
Familiarity with international or multicultural environments
First-aid or child-safety training is an asset

The camps are held at our Rolle campus near Lake Geneva and in Gstaad in the Bernese Alps.

Staff are required to be present, depending on the camp, two to four days prior to the start of the program. During this period, staff receive information, training, and are integrated into the summer camp team.
