The Group is active throughout Switzerland and in southern Germany-Stuttgart with sites in Muttenz/BL, Domdidier/FR.As part of our development, we are looking for an experienced personality, endowed with strong leadership and a team spirit to join our site teams as a Road Construction Site Manager 80% - 100%.Your missions- Unite, supervise, and inspire a team of 10 to 20 people for common goals- Manage road maintenance sites from A to Z and ensure their smooth operation- Be the guarantor of excellence by ensuring impeccable execution in compliance with standards through an active presence in the field- Ensure the performance of sites by respecting deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements- Orchestrate communication between field teams, logistics, the sales department, and management- Anticipate and optimize the management of stocks and supplies (bulk and packaged)Your profile- Foreman diploma or equivalent- Confirmed experience in road construction and/or civil engineering- Team spirit and ability to work in an interdisciplinary manner- French language, knowledge of German = a plus- Proactive, organized, and capable of asserting oneself- Flexibility for seasonal workBenefits- A position with responsibilities, varied and stimulating within an SME oriented towards the future- Great autonomy with a wide scope of action- Attractive conditions including advantageous occupational pension scheme (LPP)- Opportunities for professional development and trainingHow to applyInterested?We look forward to receiving your application.
