We are looking for a RFP Specialist to join the Institutional Sales Support team for a 12-month contract. This hire is driven by an increase in workload and a temporary reduction in capacity within the team at a bank in Geneva.DescriptionYou will join a team of 4 people, working closely with key internal stakeholders.Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver high-quality RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and due diligence questionnaires for institutional clients- Draft clear, compelling and compliant answers aligned with investment and company messaging- Maintain consultant and marketing content to ensure accuracy and visibility- Keep fund and due diligence data up to date- Coordinate inputs across multiple internal teams (Investment, Risk, Compliance, Legal)- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines- Contribute to the improvement and efficiency of the team s workflowsProfile- Experience in a similar RFP / product specialist / client servicing role within Asset Management is strongly preferred- Strong understanding or interest in financial markets and asset classes (long-only and/or alternatives)- Excellent writing skills with a strong attention to detail- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines- Proactive, hands-on and able to contribute quickly- Strong interpersonal skills- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken)- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Job Offer- 12-month contract in a major bank. jidd338088aen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
