## Job Description ##

**Retail Operations Analytics (50%)**

* Deliver insights and analysis for Retail Review Governance and seasonal market trends.
* Support EMEA retail operations: costing, business case development, back-office implementation, system configuration, and User Acceptance Testing.
* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and calendar planning with the Business Analytics Manager.
* Contribute to the rollout of new tools and initiatives to boost retail sales (e.g., pre-sale modules).



**Go-to-Market Support (20%)**

* Prepare content for Commercial teams.
* Help implement retail activation events (e.g., open doors, contests) to energize the dealer network.



**Retail Financing & Extended Warranty (30%)**

* Drive improvements and standardization in the European retail financing ecosystem.
* Collaborate with Marketing to ensure visibility of financing offers.
* Support subsidized financing programs: costing, bank discussions, business cases, approvals, system setup, and User Acceptance Testing.

## The Successful Applicant ##

**Education & Experience**

* 2-10 years of experience in business analytics, business intelligence, commercial or marketing roles in an international environment.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
* Fluent in English is a must (Written and Spoken); other European languages are a plus.



**Must-Have Technical Skills**

* Expert in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a strong plus
* Ability to present data clearly and analytically, synthesize information, and explain insights to C-level stakeholders.
* Skilled at transforming data into actionable business recommendations.



**Soft Skills**

* Strategic thinker with solid business acumen and problem-solving abilities.
* Clear communicator and team player.
* Organized, accurate, and results-oriented.
* Comfortable working under pressure and delivering in fast-paced environments.
