Exciting tasks
- Welcoming, advising and customer service
- Management and cash handling at the till
- Receiving, checking and displaying merchandise
- Managing a department, stock and orders
- Handling after-sales service (SAV)
- Participating in the organisation and proper upkeep of the store
- Substituting for and supporting the store manager.
Profile sought
- Holder of a retail management federal certificate of competence (CFC)
- Forklift licence, an advantage
- Strong interest in sales and customer advice
- Sense of responsibility and organisation
- Dynamic, organised, versatile and stress-resistant personality
- Ease in human contact and a service-oriented attitude
- Comfortable with IT tools.
