We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Retail Activation Project Manager to support the Head of Retail Activation in the execution of retail activation initiatives across P1, P4, and P5 categories. This role is ideal for someone with strong project coordination skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage medium complex projects end-to-end. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of assets, adherence to guidelines, and smooth operational deployment.**​**
**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**Project Management- Support the development planning and execution of brand initiatives across BR and IP formats.
- Build the initiatives' briefs according to the strategy (for content, visual merchandising and brand engagements)
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications such as content, VM, and brand engagements.

- Maintain and update project trackers and budget templates.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration. Building strong relationships with various functions and working collaboratively across all fields, with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Liaise with teams such as VM Design, Brand Engagement, Content, and CX to provide input and feedback during toolbox creation.
- Operational Support (liaise internally with the BR deployment team in order to ensure smooth deployment)
- Schedule and prepare for meetings with internal stakeholders. This will need to include best practices across markets to be shared with the wider retail and brand community.
- Liaise with the global community to co-create and test diverse retail events solutions to delight LANU, resulting in increasing footfall, growing NPS, and revenue generation.
- Consequently, partner with cross-functional teams, design markets, and appropriate regional and commercial forums to ensure retail event toolboxes are fully omnichannel integrated and part of the overall brand engagement framework

Documentation & Reporting- Maintain organized records of project briefs and activation guidelines.
- Support the creation of presentations and reports summarizing project status, learnings, and KPIs.
- Identify and share best practices, provide feedback, and bring expertise as needed to support marketing initiatives and ensure a constant loop.
- Budget monitoring and PO placing & GRs

**QUALIFICATIONS**- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in retail, FMCG, or agency environments. Experience in briefing and managing design agencies, particularly visual merchandising agencies or internal studios.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills aligned with PMI DNA values. Previous experience in a PMI global role is a plus. Knowledge of the complex legislative framework of PMI
- Background in marketing, trade marketing, or brand engagement is preferred.
