The restaurant Tout un monde... in Grandvaux / Lavaux is recruiting:

We are…

- A human-sized business with a new promising duo of chefs in the kitchen

- Our own unique concept, top quality on the plate and in service in a friendly atmosphere (semi-gourmet menu 15 Gault & Millau points)

- A magical place in Lavaux with a breathtaking view

Immediately or by agreement, we are looking for a 100% assistant maître d’hôtel (closed Sunday and Monday).

You for us...

- You have proven experience in semi-gourmet or high-end restaurant service

- Welcoming guests is in your DNA

- You are naturally advisory and sales-oriented

- Passionate about wines to participate in creating the wine lists and pairings on the menus. Knowledge of Swiss and Lavaux wines would be a great asset

- Participating in supervising and training a team is your passion

- An optimistic, helpful, charismatic personality who demonstrates good stress resistance

- Native French speaker or fully fluent. Service English is essential. Other foreign languages would be a real asset

- CFC in service (or equivalent CAP-BP) or hotel school

- Must have a vehicle (unless living in Lavaux...)

- Swiss nationality or from the EUR zone
