Experienced Restaurant Manager – 100% Permanent ContractThe ski lifts of Télé Villars-Gryon-Diablerets SA and its company AltiRest SA, which now operates six establishments in the heart of the ski area, are looking for their future experienced Restaurant Manager for a 100% permanent contract. Created two years ago, AltiRest SA is experiencing sustained development and continues its expansion in the ski area. By joining our team, you take responsibility for an establishment and ensure its proper functioning in close collaboration with the branch director, particularly regarding financial aspects and those related to human resources. Discover relevant information about our restaurants here.Your mission:- Service management: Ensure the smooth running of services, including during occasional events or peak periods.- Personnel management: Supervise the existing team: scheduling, distribution of positions, and performance monitoring.- Financial management: Management of costs and stocks according to the budget provided.- Quality of customer experience: Guarantee an impeccable welcome, handle feedback, and ensure an optimal customer experience.- Hygiene and compliance: Ensure compliance with internal procedures, hygiene standards, and food safety.- Recruitment: Actively participate in the recruitment, training, and integration of seasonal and permanent staff.- Liaison: Ensure liaison with management, suppliers, technical teams, and partners of the ski area.Profile sought:- Confirmed experience in restaurant management, ideally in an alpine environment or a high-volume establishment.- Knowledge of the region and local cuisine is an asset.- Strong skills in team management and autonomy in the management of an establishment.- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with seasonal activity peaks.- License in hospitality or equivalent.- Mastery of French; English or German are assets.- Resistance to stress and ability to work in a team.We offer:- Benefits related to the ski area (access, internal discounts).- A position with responsibilities and real autonomy.- A motivated team and a professional environment.- A unique working environment in the heart of the Alps.Start date:As soon as possible or by agreement. jid1f9496aaen jit0833aen jpiy26aen
