To complete the kitchen team of a medical-social establishment in Geneva, we are looking for a:Restaurant Manager / Head Chef at 100%We give you the opportunity to join the leader in collective catering in Switzerland, offering working conditions to its employees as well as social coverage.Role:- You occupy a position of responsibility offering varied tasks and the opportunity to manage a restaurant with complete autonomy while benefiting from the tools and supervision of a large group.- You ensure the production of hot and cold cuisine for lunch and dinner services, as well as the distribution of meals.- You design and plan varied and balanced menus, and occasionally you lead culinary workshops for our residents.- During events within the establishment, you ensure the smooth running of the service.- Accompanied by our dietitians, you guarantee the quality and nutritional balance of the clients, in strict compliance with hygiene and safety rules.- As a manager, you supervise the kitchen team, recruit and train staff, while ensuring the management of budgets, inventories, and orders.- You are responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the premises, equipment, and the kitchen in accordance with the HACCP plan.Profile:- You demonstrate solid knowledge of modified textures and a perfect mastery of current culinary trends.- You benefit from confirmed experience in the field of health and collective catering, as well as in the hotel industry.- You have a true team spirit, constant motivation, and a pronounced taste for challenges and have a sense of service.- You propose gourmet and original culinary creations to energize the offer.- Proactive, rigorous, and with excellent communication skills.- Mastery of French required.- Cook diploma or equivalent title requested.Do you wish to live this beautiful adventure and are you interested in this opportunity?
