Under our well-known brands such as Electrolux and AEG, we sell approximately 60 million household appliances per year in some 120 countries.We are looking for an independent personality to strengthen our motivated sales team.Regional Manager Kitchen Specialists and Specialized Trade 100%Region: French-speaking Switzerland – (South-West)Commitment: IndefiniteRate: 100%Days that are never the same- Maintain relationships with key contact persons at customers.- Conduct customer visits in the customer segment and conduct objective and sales interviews.- Implement pricing policy and conditions in the customer segment.- Acquire new customers.- Provide product training and support during regional exhibitions and fairs.- Plan and monitor advertising expenses according to budgets defined with the sales manager.- Provide continuous reporting to the supervisor regarding market conditions such as competitor activity, projects, customer behavior, and provide input for the implementation of new ideas.- Responsible for the implementation of events in the sales area while respecting the budget defined with the sales manager.- Effective management of the interface and communication with all internal functions involved in customer follow-up.- Regular updating of customer data and visits in the system.- Placement, management, and updating of customer exhibitions with current products.What we offer- An exciting job at the leader in household appliances, with an indefinite contract and attractive conditions.- A structured and detailed onboarding plan with mentors in each specialized area.Knowledge and skills- Completed commercial or technical training, with additional training in sales techniques.- At least 3 years of experience in external service, preferably in the field of kitchen design or in the sale of household appliances.- Knowledge of French as a native language; good knowledge of German is desirable.
