Regional Manager for Kitchen Fitters and Specialist Retail 100%
Assignment region: French-speaking Switzerland – (South-West)
Engagement: Permanent
Work rate: 100%
Days that are never the same
- Maintain relationships with key contacts at assigned clients (network)
- Conduct client visits in the assigned customer segment and hold target, sales, and support meetings.
- Implement strategic pricing and conditions policy in the assigned customer segment.
- Acquire new clients
- Conduct product training and support at regional and national events
- Plan and monitor advertising expenses according to budgets defined with the sales manager.
- Continuously inform your superior about market conditions such as competitor activity, products, customer behaviour, and contribute to the implementation of new ideas.
- Responsible for implementing events in the sales area while respecting the budget defined with the sales manager.
- Efficiently manage communication and information with all internal functions involved in client follow-up
- Regularly update client and visit data in the CRM customer information system.
- Placement, management, and updating of client displays with current products and POS materials.

Knowledge and experience
- Completed commercial or technical training, additional training in sales techniques, communication, etc.
- At least 3 years of experience in field service, preferably in kitchen fitting or household appliance sales
- Native French speaker. Good knowledge of German is desirable. Knowledge of English is an asset.
- Existing and active network in the construction, real estate, kitchen fitters, or household appliance retailers market in the region
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, Internet, CRM)
- Enthusiasm for the sector and products
- Sales- and solution-oriented personality
- Good organisational structure and communication skills
- Open and curious personality
