To continue our mission, we are looking for our next: Embedded Software Manager Your mission Lead and coordinate two embedded software development sub-teams to ensure the quality and performance of Ecorobotix's embedded systems while fostering a productive work environment and responsibilities. Provide technical direction for two embedded software development sub-teams. Define, implement, and enforce development, architecture, and software quality standards. Ensure the robustness, performance, and maintainability of embedded systems throughout the entire product lifecycle. Oversee development activities in relation to project and product goals. Be responsible for technology and technical monitoring in the field of embedded systems. Collaborate closely with product, hardware, and system X teams to ensure the overall consistency of solutions. Identify, anticipate, and manage technical risks, and coach and develop the skills of the engineers and developers in the teams. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, reporting, performance tracking, and communication with stakeholders. Your profile X degree or lower in: Microengineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent. A minimum of 10 years X experience in industrial environments. At least 5 years of management experience in an agile software expert environment. Confirmed knowledge and experience of system X with experience in: Real-time systems, Coding and security, Remote updates, 4G. Knowledge and experience of embedded hardware constraints (custom electronics, electrical). Experience with embedded Jetson boards: a plus. Experience with Yocto: a plus. Leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate with diverse profiles and manage various personalities.
