Description

Reporting to the CFO, you are responsible for all accounting operations of the company. You ensure the reliability of accounts, regulatory compliance, and financial quality. You supervise and support an accounting team of two people and play a key role in processes within an industrial environment. You manage all cross-functional accounting processes for two sites (Yverdon and Neuchâtel) with industrial flows specific to the business.- Supervise all accounting functions (general and auxiliary: clients, suppliers, treasury, etc.);- Prepare, ensure the reliability of, and optimize deadlines for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes;- Produce financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, notes) as well as appropriate reporting for Management;- Supervise and be an active participant in all tax compliance processes (VAT, corporate tax, etc.) and ensure compliance with legal requirements in a diligent manner with competent authorities and in close collaboration with various internal and external partners;- Secure and optimize accounting processes using a lean office approach. Implement KPIs and standardize existing procedures;- Ensure the smooth running of internal control campaigns with a focus on prevention and education;- Participate in communication with external partners: auditors, banks, etc.;- Contribute to continuous improvement projects for the system within the framework of a transition to SAP and in a post-merger context;- Digitize the entire accounting value chain.- Proficiency in SAP and the MS Office suite (Power BI is a plus);- Experience with SwissGAAP and IFRS standards and experience with industrial flows and percentage-of-completion accounting;- Higher education degree in accounting;- English C1;- Minimum 10 years of successful experience in accounting in an industrial environment, with 5 years of experience in a similar position;- Analytical mind, rigor, attention to detail;- Excellent ability to work independently and reliability;- Proactivity and sense of service;- Resistance to stress and agility;- Discretion, ability to deal with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels.Our valuesSucceed together, Foster an environment of trust, Commit to a shared vision, Dare to innovate. jida7ffb3eaen jit0623aen jpiy26aen
