Our client, a rapidly expanding fiduciary firm, is looking for a Co-Accounting Manager (80 - 100%)Our client, a rapidly expanding fiduciary firm, is looking for a Senior Accountant / Accounting Manager to strengthen its team and support the growth of its client portfolio.Accounting Manager (80 - 100%)YOUR MISSIONS:- Manage a portfolio of premium clients autonomously.- Supervise and support the accounting team in its daily activities, fostering skill development and technical quality of work: accounting, closings, VAT, reporting, and liaison with partners or auditors.- Actively participate in the implementation and continuous improvement of internal processes and digital tools used by the team.- Be a technical reference and a trusted partner for the associates, without commercial duties, but with a genuine desire to provide support on a daily basis.YOUR PROFILE:- Confirmed experience in a fiduciary firm (ideally 7 years or more), with the ability to manage a portfolio autonomously.- Good knowledge of Swiss standards, VAT, and local regulations.
