For one of our clients located in the canton of Neuchâtel, we are currently looking for a Nurse Specialized in Mental Disability (80%).NURSE IN A RESIDENTIAL HOMEYOUR PROFILE:- You live within 30 minutes for on-call duty- Nursing diploma, Swiss Red Cross recognition if the diploma is foreign- Confirmed experience in disability- Ability to manage stress, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.- Excellent listening skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.THE POSITION:Within committed multidisciplinary teams, you ensure the support and comprehensive care of people with intellectual disabilities, with or without associated disorders. Responsibilities include:- Assess the physical, psychological, and social health needs of the beneficiaries.- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care projects.- Accompany people in daily life activities by promoting their autonomy and quality of life.- Ensure the monitoring of medical treatments and supervise their effectiveness as well as any potential side effects.- Identify and manage crisis situations or challenging behaviors with professionalism.- Participate in the implementation of adapted activities and therapies.- Collaborate closely with families, legal representatives, and the various partners of the medico-social network.- Contribute to health promotion, prevention, and the maintenance of the beneficiaries' acquired skills.- Participate actively in interdisciplinary meetings and in the continuous quality improvement of the service. jidc5cb260aen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
