The position of Residential Broker M/F involves assisting clients in the sale and purchase of residential real estate primarily in the Canton of Geneva. You will be responsible for the complete management of real estate transactions, ensuring a professional and quality service.

As a Residential Broker, you will join a multidisciplinary, human-sized team, offering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

As a Residential Broker M/F, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a network of contacts in the real estate sector (mainly in the Cantons of Geneva and Vaud);
• Support clients through all stages of the sale or purchase of residential properties (apartments and villas);
• Evaluate real estate and advise clients on their market value;
• Prepare and implement sales strategies tailored to clients’ needs;
• Organise and conduct property viewings;
• Negotiate sale or purchase terms with the relevant parties;
• Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding real estate transactions.

Candidate Profile

As a Residential Broker M/F, you have the following profile:

• Degree in real estate is an ASSET;
• Previous experience in residential brokerage is an ASSET;
• Good knowledge of the Geneva real estate market;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Good command of French, with knowledge of English or German as an advantage;
• Ability to work independently and be results-oriented.
