Your role
Acquisition of externally funded research and projects, as well as contributing to and leading research projects
Research in environmental economics, including publication of scientific outputs
Teaching in environmental or economics-related subjects at Bachelor, Master and continuing education levels including supervision of Bachelor and Master theses
Contributing to the broader activities of the Centre for Energy and the Environment, including public outreach and international collaboration
Your profile
PhD in Environmental Economics or a closely related field
Ideally professional experience in environmental economics or a related domain
Proven track record of publications in international peer-reviewed journals
Previous teaching experience at a higher education institution
Strong interest in interdisciplinary collaboration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one Swiss national language; willingness to learn German
Open, communicative personality with strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Independent, structured, and flexible working style
Team-oriented mindset with collaborative spirit
Experience with numerical modelling (e.g., Computable General Equilibrium models) is an advantage
