Sales at Coucou&Co SACoucou&Co SA is active in Switzerland and specializes in the management of vacation homes, residences, and serviced apartments under the Nonanteneuf appart‧hōtel brand. As a small and medium-sized enterprise at the crossroads of real estate and hospitality, we place a strong emphasis on improving our services in order to continuously enhance our customer service and the experience of our guests. Historically based in Valais, the company, comprising just over 10 employees, is based in Sion and operates throughout Switzerland. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales person who will play a key role in the development of our growth and the company's revenue, particularly through direct sales, professional clients, and sales representatives, with a particular focus on B2B clients generating average and extended stays.Job ObjectivesThe Sales person is responsible for the commercial development of Nonanteneuf across all its products and services. He/she develops and retains a portfolio of B2B clients (companies, local partner agencies), optimizes revenues from direct sales, and contributes to the overall commercial strategy. Additionally, he/she ensures the proper functioning of distribution channels, both digital and direct.Responsibilities and Tasks1. Commercial Strategy- Define and deploy the B2B commercial strategy in collaboration with management (CEO / COO)- Identify priority segments (companies, institutions, local organizations)- Structure commercial offers (mid-term, long-term, define pricing policy and commercial conditions)2. Business Development and Sales- Prospect and develop B2B accounts, formalize contracts and framework agreements- Ensure the quality of commercial commitments (duration, volumes, business feasibility for key clients in the long term)3. Commercial Performance Monitoring- Define, track, and analyze commercial KPIs: revenue collected, number of nights sold, average length of stays, recurrence rate- Manage the commercial pipeline through the CRM- Establish regular reporting to management- Ensure the achievement of commercial objectives4. Tools and Processes- Set up and maintain commercial tools (CRM, pipeline, reporting)- Define key processes: prospecting, offer preparation, handover to teams, ensuring proper use of tools by the sales team- Ensure proper online presence and through teams across various channels and corresponding mapping5. Leadership and Team Management- Work closely with: teams (capacity, feasibility, quality), marketing (commercial materials, positioning), finance/cash collection- Ensure a smooth transition between sales and execution by establishing a sales playbook and sales support materials, including commercial rituals (weekly sales meetings, pipeline reviews)Profile Sought- Proven experience in B2B sales (hospitality, real estate, services)- Experience in leading or managing a commercial function- Excellent capacity for strategic thinking and long-term vision- Very good mastery of numbers, KPIs, and CRM tools- Autonomy, leadership, entrepreneurial spirit- Proficiency in French and English; German is a plusWork Environment- A dynamic and innovative work environment within a growing SME- Full-time position- Autonomy and flexibility, based in Sion, with travel in French-speaking Switzerland and beyond- Composed of a fixed salary and a variable portion based on overall commercial performance- Availability of a company vehicle or tablet- Possibility of remote work- 5 weeks of vacation- Start date on April 1, or as agreedTo applyThis job description may be modified or supplemented according to the needs of the company and the evolution of the Sales position.
