Manager (70% to 100%) Real estate management in Lausanne, human-sized, is looking for a Manager for 70%. The candidate must have a CFC and at least 5 years of experience in such a position. A perfect mastery of tenancy law is required, as well as knowledge of the AbaImmo software. The person will be required to perform the following tasks: - Establish lease agreements, amendments, and other documents (green sheet, etc.) - Calculate and process rent adjustments (increases and requests for decreases) - Prepare official documents - Represent our clients before the Commission.
