Substitute Active Night Watcher - Life and Health HomesAre you looking for meaning, challenge, and variety in your work?At the Life & Health Home, we welcome people of all ages needing sustained nursing supervision, and whose needs for support in all daily life activities are significant. These people have an intellectual disability, with or without autism spectrum, with or without multiple disabilities. We also support people with severe brain injuries with a central neurological condition of accidental or sequelae origin (TBI, stroke, post-brain tumor treatment, people with minimal consciousness, etc.). Close collaboration with the RHNE allows us to meet the needs of beneficiaries thanks to a multidisciplinary team. The Life & Health Home offers specialized and individualized support in welcoming and adapted living spaces at the Fleurier and Couvet sites, thanks to qualified nursing and care staff. The homes pay particular attention to proposing a harmonious community social life that respects the privacy of each individual, with each person having a private living space.Mission:You ensure the safety, well-being, and quality of sleep of the beneficiaries during a time slot from 8:45 PM to 7:15 AM, at our Fleurier site. You ensure the relevant transmission of night events to the day team. As we are led to collaborate, you join our list of substitutes. Depending on your availability, we contact you to offer you assignments during the absences of our permanent team members. The work is carried out on an on-call basis.Profile:You have a nursing assistant diploma, a health auxiliary diploma, or a profile deemed equivalent and justify several years of experience. You attach great importance to the well-being of people in care.
