You will prepare and plate dishes by following technical sheets, applying culinary methods. You will evolve within a brigade of 25 people in the heart of a dynamic brasserie-style kitchen, capable of managing with rigor and composure the rush moments during intense services, with a production of 80 to 100 covers per service.Your missions will be as follows:- Prepare and cook meat and fish according to the chef's directives,- Carry out recipes with rigorous control of quality, taste, and precision of ingredients and culinary mixtures,- Careful plating of dishes for service,- Peel and prepare vegetables and fruits,- Manage stocks and organize the workspace,- Start up and maintain equipment,- Strict respect for hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).Profile sought:- Culinary diploma (CFC, CAP, BEP),- Experience in the kitchen, ideally in a large chain hotel or a brasserie (with high volumes),- French essential, mastery of other languages is an asset,- Flexibility and availability to work in continuous shifts or split shifts, including weekends and public holidays,- Physical endurance, rigor, and professionalism.A possibility of accommodation is offered during the trial period.Interested in this challenge?Send us your complete file.
