Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a private client portfolio consisting of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals from Eastern European markets
  • Actively develop new client relationships in the region, including regular travel for business development and client meetings
  • Deliver tailored financial advice, investment strategies, and bespoke solutions to meet a wide range of client needs
  • Collaborate with internal specialists across investment management, wealth planning, and advisory services to provide holistic solutions
  • Maintain strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards applicable in both Switzerland and the clients' jurisdictions

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of successful experience as a Relationship Manager or Private Banker serving clients from Eastern European countries
  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition and retention within the target region
  • Proven ability to generate revenue and attract new assets under management (AuM).
  • Strong understanding of the financial, legal, and regulatory landscape in Eastern European markets
  • In-depth knowledge of investment products, private banking services, global compliance considerations, and financial markets
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
