Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Relationship Manager to support the growth of corporate banking activities within a Geneva-based financial institution. The role will focus on assisting with client relationship management, credit process coordination, and support across trade finance and corporate lending operations.

Description

• Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with corporate and institutional clients

• Support the preparation and follow-up of credit proposals, including coordination with legal for documentation

• Help structure and cross-sell banking products such as loans, deposits, trade finance, and FX

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure quality service delivery

• Conduct market research and prepare internal reports or presentations as needed

• Monitor and maintain client portfolios and handle post-lending follow-up

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and KYC/KYB regulations

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in banking, finance, or corporate services; knowledge of corporate lending and trade finance is a strong asset

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Comfortable navigating legal and financial documents

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written); additional languages such as French or German are an advantage

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with data reporting is a plus

• Reliable, well-organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
