We offer you a position in Policy and Legal Expertise as:Main tasks- Participation in current policy and developments in the context of the financial market- Collaboration in cross-divisional FINMA-internal as well as inter-agency regulatory projects- Development of courses of action and drafting of ordinance and circular texts, accompanying explanatory reports, as well as contributions to laws and ordinances at the federal level- Accompanying hearings and ex-post analyses of FINMA regulations and representing the FINMA before other federal agencies- Support for supervisory divisions in policy and regulatory matters as well as participation in the further development and implementation of the framework for supervision and regulationProfile- Legal professional, ideally with a bar exam, knowledge of financial market law, as well as relevant professional experience in administration, at a commercial law firm, or in the banking or insurance environment- Good knowledge of legislative and political processes at the federal level as well as experience with project work- Enthusiasm for the planning and successful implementation of projects- Distinct analytical, conceptual, and editorial skills as well as a high degree of independence and teamwork skills- Very good German language skills (C2) with good knowledge of another official language as well as good English language skillsPerspectivesWe are the right employer for committed employees who are looking for challenges and want to take on responsibility quickly.
