Affairs ManagerWe offer you the opportunity to join the Finance, Sustainability, Legal and Risk Department (FDD), which plays an essential role in the implementation of the company's strategy. The company's business sectors are facing growing challenges. Within the FDD department, the Compliance and Tariff Activity (CRT) coordinates processes, supports stakeholders and business lines in analyzing impacts and finding solutions, and manages regulated tariffs for the company's various business sectors. To meet these challenges, the Compliance and Tariff Activity wishes to strengthen the Affairs team.As an Affairs Manager within the Compliance and Tariff Activity, you provide expertise and support for various business sectors. Your main responsibilities will be as follows:- Monitor European, federal, and cantonal levels regarding the business sectors (energy, water, etc.) under your responsibility, and synthesize the main findings for dissemination to the company's governance;- Analyze the issues and developments concerning these business sectors and evaluate their impacts for the company;- Coordinate processes, recommend the best solutions to stakeholders and business lines, and support them in their implementation;- Manage processes concerning draft laws, regulations, and directives, and the company's positions regarding developments;- Contribute, proactively, to collective awareness and the consideration of issues and their impacts, with stakeholders and business lines;- Actively participate in exchanges with sectoral bodies and authorities, maintain regular monitoring, and exercise a liaison role with them.Your personality and skills:You have solid legal expertise, ideally in the energy or environmental field. You are able to analyze complex issues and formulate clear and structured opinions for management and stakeholders. You adopt a proactive advisory posture, based on discernment and independent analysis, and provide support and guidance with a view to collective decision-making with stakeholders.Your background:- You hold a university degree in law (Master's or equivalent).
