Nurses (male and female) graduated at 80% to 100% Recognized private institution of public utility, La Primerose, created in [year], operates 3 EMS (Medical and Social Establishments), 4 Temporary Reception Centers, 1 Home Care OSAD, 25 supervised apartments, 2 EPSM (Medicalized Psycho-Social Establishments), for a total of 158 beds and employs over 200 people. It also manages a social restaurant open to the public as well as a fitness center. Its mission is to ensure the reception, accommodation, assistance, monitoring, follow-up, and care of every person concerning their mental and physical health by offering services tailored to their needs. La Primerose is looking for: Mission: Engage, in an interdisciplinary/interprofessional team, to advocate for optimal individualized care. Assume care responsibilities for the unit and coordinate, accompany, support, and supervise the care team. Provide the necessary care according to the established care plans while considering the specific habits of each individual. Manage complex situations accordingly. Participate in co-constructing individualized care plans. Make professional skills available to the stakeholders of the healthcare system, residents, and their families. Establish professional trust with residents and their families by adapting to their individual needs and promoting shared decision-making. Base actions on the highest level of available scientific evidence and promote the transfer of research findings in care and collaboration with residents, families, and professionals, and share knowledge and experience with peers. Your profile: Demonstrates respect for ethical professional standards and commitment to residents and their families. Good communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary environment. Ability to take initiative, make decisions, and respond autonomously and responsibly. Sense of confidentiality and discretion, team spirit, kindness, listening skills, and commitment to residents' quality of life. Fluent in French or another language. Reflective capacity related to the mission. Represents their profession and is involved in its development. Required: Holder of a Bachelor’s degree from a University of Applied Sciences (HES), a diploma as a nurse in general care, or an equivalent qualification. A plus: CAS in addiction, DAS in geriatric health, (PF), experience in mental health, or with the elderly (PAA), Montessori.
