Espace de vie SA is an institution that manages the medico-social establishments (EMS) of La Châtelaine in Vernier and Saint-Loup in Versoix. These accommodate 91 and 84 residents respectively. Approximately 100 people are employed in each institution. To complete the care team at the Saint-Loup EMS, we are looking for a 9-month fixed-term contract:Registered Nurse at 80%(40% Pool Nurse and 40% PLAISIR/PLEX)Mission and responsibilities:In service of the institutional project, the person is responsible for providing residents with personalized nursing care, preventive care, and care adapted to their physical and psychological needs. Through their skills and analysis, they contribute to the care and support process defined with the resident and, where applicable, their relatives, the therapeutic representative, the attending physician, and the multidisciplinary team.Profile and skills:- General nursing diploma with the right to practice in Geneva- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of geriatrics and in care using the PLAISIR/PLEX system- Clinical specialty, an asset- Fluent spoken and written French- Knowledge of IT and care software- Good communication skills, good analytical skills- Great sense of responsibility, organization, and service- Rigor and constructive spiritWork environment:The institution offers its employees a work environment promoting the principles of respect and ethics, as well as skills development.
