Nurses at 80% FoehnLa de Nant organizes all public care for the East Vaud region. It assumes public health missions at the request of the Canton of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone, children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d Enhaut. They are offered by Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, and other mental health professionals. La de Nant is a member of the Federation of Vaud Hospitals (FHV), the umbrella organization for regional Vaud hospitals recognized as being of public interest. It is also part of the Haut-Léman Health Network, which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d Enhaut with those from the Vaud and Valais Chablais. Rooted in psychoanalysis by its history, La de Nant currently recognizes itself in its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is expressed through its care practices and its openness to others. In the context of the opening of a new unit, La de Nant is advertising several positions in our adult unit (UH FOEHN), as Nurses at 80%.THE MISSIONThe nurses of the adult hospital unit are responsible for ensuring the quality of care required for each patient, working within a multidisciplinary team.WE OFFERLa de Nant is a private institution recognized as being of public interest, tasked by the state with organizing and providing care in the East Vaud region. The Adult Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Service (SPPA) is one of the three services of the institution. The adult hospital unit includes five divisions, including Foehn, which can accommodate up to 9 patients aged 18 to 65, suffering from severe disorders, in a community program. This position involves acting as a liaison between internal and external partners and requires work as close as possible to the patient. It is also a unique opportunity to participate in the co-construction of care projects in adult psychiatry in the East Vaud region.WE ARE LOOKING FORNurses with experience in psychiatry, holders of a Bachelor of Science HES-SO in nursing with Red Cross recognition (or a title deemed equivalent). In addition, having the ability to be at the service of the patient, colleagues, and the institution is important for working as a nurse within Foehn.
