Job Description
- You will ensure the technical and operational management of the relevant region
- You will maintain the existing client portfolio and actively contribute to the commercial development of the region (resellers and end customers)
- You will support and lead a sales team
- You will be responsible for resource planning and budgeting
- You will coordinate with headquarters and report to the national sales director
Candidate Profile
- Proven solid experience as a sales manager (consumables sales)
- Good knowledge of the French-speaking construction sector and building/civil engineering trades
- Native French speaker with good knowledge of German
- Entrepreneurial with a strong commercial sense and excellent interpersonal skills
- Mobile and residing in French-speaking Switzerland
