With your team of approximately 10 people, you supervise a perimeter counting more than [number removed] employees.- You lead all managers and staff in the region to create a dynamic and engaging work environment- Ensure the monitoring of team development, offering continuous support to foster their professional evolution- Be an advisor for the team, intervening as needed to overcome challenges and implement the strategy aimed at long-term growth in the region- Initiate and lead projects to improve performance and customer satisfaction- Implement the objectives of the company to guarantee exceptional service quality- Actively manage clients and ensure their sustainable development- Act as an ambassador for the company to clients in the Geneva region- Ensure the proper development of the client portfolio by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities- Intervene as an escalation point when needed to guarantee client satisfaction- Be responsible for the achievement of objectives set by the company for Switzerland and French-speaking Switzerland- Define and respect the budgets allocated to the region- Monitor monthly financial results, control and analyze costs- Implement actions aimed at improving the profitability and financial efficiency of the regionWhat you bring- Holder of a degree in management- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position with a strong client focus- Excellent professional network, ideally in the field of Facility Management- Perfect command of French, very good knowledge of English and/or German, strong communication skills and ease of negotiation- Open-minded, with a strong capacity for resilience in the face of challenges- Comfortable in complex, changing, and demanding environments- Strong appetite for dynamic professional contexts- Constructive approach to challenges inherent to the business sector- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and perspective-taking skills- High resistance to stressReady for us?
