SPECIALIST REFERENCING Services Sàrl is the subsidiary of the organization that works on the processes of the Swiss system. It operates central registers dedicated to data on medicines, health products, and health professionals. It also ensures the management of official directories of information on medicines, on a non-profit basis, it contributes significantly to the quality, transparency, and safety of information. We are looking for a Specialist Referencing 80% for September 1st or by agreement.Workplace: GenevaYour responsibilitiesWithin the framework of mandates entrusted by the pharmaceutical industry, health authorities, and other actors of the system, you contribute to the management and quality of reference data in the health sector. You are responsible for the control, validation, and updating of data from various sources to ensure the accuracy of a database containing more than entries. You ensure first-level support for users of directories and SIMIS. You assist them in particular with their requests related to medicines, access to electronic information on medicines, and digital services. As part of your activities, you work daily in German and French.ProfileYou hold a Federal VET Diploma in commerce, a diploma, or equivalent. You have relevant professional experience in an administrative or customer support function. You appreciate contact with customers and possess an excellent sense of service. You work rigorously, autonomously, and efficiently, while demonstrating a great concern for data quality. You are comfortable with IT tools and learn quickly how to use new applications. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy exchanges with varied interlocutors (health professionals, companies, and authorities). You have perfect command of French and German, both orally and in writing, which allows you to process requests in both languages. Knowledge of Italian and/or English would be an asset.
