Do you want to develop in an environment where people, technology and performance meet? Our client, a major player in the industrial sector, is strengthening its Human Resources team and is looking for a Recruitment Officer to support the growth of its technical teams.

You will play a key role in identifying, attracting and integrating talents who directly contribute to the company’s success.

Your mission: recruit the talents who will make a difference

• Identify the best recruitment channels according to the profiles sought.

• Write, publish and ensure the monitoring of advertisements on key platforms.

• Develop effective sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, CV databases, direct approach, professional networks…).

• Collaborate with recruitment agencies and partner firms.

• Select applications and conduct telephone pre-qualifications.

• Organise and conduct recruitment interviews.

• Ensure regular follow-up with candidates and managers.

• Manage the administrative aspects related to the recruitment process.

Your profile

• Higher education (University, University of Applied Sciences or equivalent) in Human Resources or a similar field.

• Proven experience in recruiting technical or industrial profiles.

• Excellent command of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases…).

• Good knowledge of the job market and the regional economic fabric.

• Native French speaker or excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written.
