Personnel AdvisorJob DescriptionThe regional employment offices (ORP) of the Canton of Vaud at the Directorate General for Employment and the Labor Market (DGEM) assist clients in their job search and support employers in personnel recruitment. They play a key role in implementing employment policy and combating unemployment. In your capacity as a personnel advisor, you work within the framework of supporting the professional integration of job seekers. In this perspective, you follow and advise each client of the Public Employment Service, with the objective of their rapid and sustainable placement in the labor market. You select appropriate placement measures and have specific measures available to develop the employability of each individual. You are also responsible for ensuring compliance with legal requirements for the individuals in your portfolio. Thanks to the quality of your proposals, you are a key actor for companies looking for personnel.Responsibilities- Activate and advise each client through counseling and follow-up interviews;- Conduct professional assessments and develop the professional and personal skills of individuals in your portfolio through the granting of training and placement measures;- Actively support the proposal of vacancies to clients of the Public Employment Service;- Ensure, in accordance with federal and cantonal unemployment insurance laws, compliance with duties and suitability for placement of users;- Perform permanent updates of the database and current task management for each client;- Strengthen collaboration with various inter-institutional partners (Social Services, Disability Insurance Office, etc.);- Establish a reintegration strategy for each client in a personalized manner, always adapted to their needs and situation.For further information, please consult the job description by clicking here.Profile- Federal diploma as an HR specialist, social insurance specialist, or personnel advisor completed or in progress.- Several years of experience in the fields of counseling and placement, socio-professional reintegration, or recruitment.- Knowledge of the labor market and the Vaud economic fabric.- Sensitive to the legal aspects of HR monitoring within the framework of your experience.- Skills and social abilities oriented towards results and precision in the execution of tasks.- Listening skills and proven customer orientation.- Resistance to stress.- The absence of a recognized diploma as mentioned in the job description leads to a lower salary class.WHO ARE WE?Within the Directorate General for Employment and the Labor Market (DGEM), we support and assist local employment actors.
