For our client, a Swiss company, we are currently looking for a Recruitment professional for a 6-month mission.Our client is a Swiss company based in Lausanne.Missions- Participate in the entire recruitment cycle (from the expression of need to the hiring)- Draft and publish job offers on job boards and professional social networks- Source candidates via LinkedIn and other channels- Conduct telephone pre-selections- Organize and coordinate interviews with managers- Ensure follow-up of candidates- Act as the primary point of contact for apprentices- Ensure follow-up of administrative tasksProfile- Degree in Human Resources, work psychology, management, or equivalent- First experience or internship in HR / recruitment- Strong interest in recruitment and human resources- Excellent communication skills and sense of service- Rigor and proactivity- Comfortable with digital tools (LinkedIn, MS Office)Conditions and Benefits- Very good opportunity for a junior profile wishing to acquire their first experience in internal recruitment. jid8e56c69aen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
