Your mission
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Excellence in F1
  • Identify and source top-tier candidates to fill existing vacancies, ensuring alignment with team objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance to HR Business Partners, attracting and securing exceptional talent from both within and beyond the F1 industry.
  • Collaborate and lead cross-functional projects within the Employee Experience team to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Monitor, report, and optimise recruitment performance indicators, actively managing vacancies within your scope.
  • Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline, fostering relationships with line managers and executives to understand hiring needs and implement best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data on the HRIS platform, ensuring seamless tracking of recruitment activities and stages.
  • Be a proactive team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to broader team initiatives.
Your profile
  • Relevant experience of full recruitment cycle and experience with REC, HR, or CRM – Systems.
  • Passionate about active sourcing with high self-discipline and experience in working under pressure in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple vacancies and projects.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and meet stakeholder needs is essential to build strong partnerships across the team and throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support and drive hiring processes as well as time to hire to new speed.
  • Fully proficient in English language skills. German language skills are desirable but not essential.
