The Credit Risk Management sector of Raiffeisen Switzerland is responsible for implementing credit policy in the area of loans and credit decisions within its scope. In addition, the sector offers specific support to front-office units in managing Recovery positions. To support the development of our Credit Office & Recovery department in Lausanne, we are looking for an autonomous personality with clear objectives for the position of Recovery Advisor.Recovery AdvisorWhat you will do:- Management of Recovery positions in the corporate client segment in French-speaking Switzerland (SMEs / Large companies)- Advising clients on all Recovery issues- Preparation of analysis documents and reports for loans or leasing granted to counterparties in the corporate client segment- Participation in meetings or events at the Swiss HeadquartersWhat you bring:- Banking education with higher education degree (Bachelor, University of Applied Sciences, or equivalent)- Several years of experience in the banking sector, ideally in risk management- Excellent knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss economic landscape- Committed personality, resistant to stress, possessing strong negotiation and communication skills- Mastery of the French language with solid knowledge of German (Level B2)We leave room for personal initiative and give meaning to our work.
