Archivist Records ManagerJob DescriptionIn your capacity as an archivist records manager, you will be responsible for assisting cantonal departments in implementing the requirements defined in the new internal directive on document governance and archiving. You will also be called upon to participate in providing support and advice, as well as collecting archives produced by these departments.Responsibilities- Assist departments in implementing requirements related to document governance, in particular: providing support in the creation of a document governance repository.- Contribute to supporting, advising, evaluating, and collecting archives.- For further information, please consult the job description here.Requirements- University degree and training in archival science.- Experience in the archival field.- Very good command of the French language, analytical and synthesis skills.- Good knowledge of the Swiss/Vaudois system.- Ability to work and organize independently and in a team.Who We AreThe Cantonal Archives of Vaud oversee the constitution, preservation, and development of the historical archives of the cantonal authorities.
