Central Filing EmployeeThe Central File Employee in Compliance Department, reporting to the Head of Compliance ensures the integrity, security, completeness and traceability of the centralized clients and documents such as bank KYC and supporting Central File Employee works closely with AML/KYC teams, Legal, IT/security and business units to ensure documentary quality and process responsibilities- Receive, classify, register and index clients and bank CDD documents, screening evidence, questionnaires, source-of-wealth/economics and management of hold mail, etc.- Ensure the recording of changes in directors, addresses, as well as the GED system, ensure quality of images, etc.- Add and keep of and various banking e-banking / credit cards / particular the safes (clients of dossier completeness against KYC/CDD checklists and internal policies; missing provided on our internal IT tool regarding various registers of requests for credit cards in the relevant and draft procedures, playbooks and modes for file management; contribute to process improvements and guidance and training to users on document submission standards and confidentiality best practices.- Regular review of entries in the compliance, law or finance, CAS in Compliance a plus.Experience:- A min. of 2–5 years in banking compliance, records management within a financial knowledge: AML/CFT fundamentals, GDPR, banking secrecy, familiarity with (FINMA, CDB, etc).Technical skills:- GED tools, document imaging/scanning, Excel (advanced), familiarity with screening/transaction monitoring systems definitely a skills: high to detail, strong skills, discretion and respect for confidentiality, analytical mindset, ability to prioritize, teamwork and clear French and/or English, any additional language being a plus.Benefits- Days holiday a year- Monthly lunch allowance- Training- Pension plan- Dynamic work environmentPlace of work- Geneva- Valid working permit for availability preferred jidc578e3baen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
