As a Global Partner of the Montreux Jazz Festival, Millennium offers exceptional cultural and artistic programming all year round.The Concierge and Reception department is looking for a:Reception Host 60%In this role, you contribute to ensuring a polished welcome that complies with our standards.Missions- Physically and telephonically welcome Residents and external visitors to Millennium at the various reception points.- Guide and inform our Residents and external visitors about the location and the services offered.- Process and respond to emails.- Receive complaints and relay them to the Reception Supervisor.- Record and classify complaints in the business software.- Process required tasks and communicate with all departments.Profile- Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a hospitality specialist or equivalent qualification.- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the field of reception in hospitality or in a company.- In-depth knowledge of reception techniques, ability to manage stress and priorities.- Sense of listening, detail, and quality.- Perfect command of the French language, as well as good knowledge of English (German is an asset).We offer- A stimulating work environment and a close-knit team.In case of interest in this position, we invite you to send your complete file to the Human Resources Manager. jid76368d6aen jit0627aen jpiy26aen
