A family business active in the automotive sector since 1900, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Workshop Receptionist. As a true link between our customers and our workshop, you actively contribute to providing a professional, personalised, and quality service.

Your duties

Welcome customers

Receive vehicles and identify customers’ needs

Prepare repair orders and quotes

Schedule interventions in coordination with technicians

Ensure follow-up on work and inform customers of progress

Prepare and explain invoices when returning vehicles

Manage warranty files and administrative procedures related to after-sales

Participate in customer loyalty by ensuring an impeccable customer experience

Your profile

Experience in automotive after-sales reception or a similar role. Good technical knowledge of the automotive sector. Welcoming manner, interpersonal ease, and excellent presentation. Organisation, rigour, and ability to manage several files simultaneously. Team spirit and willingness to invest in a small-scale structure. Proficiency in common IT tools. Oral command of English is mandatory.
