To complete our team, we are looking for a:
SPA Receptionist (M/F)
Responsibilities
• You welcome guests, provide information, guide and direct them within the SPA, while ensuring tours of the premises.
• You respond to enquiries regarding SPA products, services, events, pricing as well as any other information related to the services offered.
• You manage telephone calls, appointment bookings for treatments, reservations for sports activities as well as the fitness members' database.
• You handle product sales, payments and invoicing for hotel guests, members and external clients.
• You ensure the proper upkeep of the premises and participate in managing the SPA bar, including orders, service, setting up lunches and clearing tables.
• You carry out inventories as well as the statistical reports necessary for activity monitoring.
Profile sought
• You are proficient in Word, Excel and Internet; knowledge of Spa Booker is an asset.
• You are bilingual French / English and have excellent interpersonal skills as well as very good communication abilities.
• You demonstrate an excellent sense of customer service and always adopt a smiling, friendly and open-minded attitude.
• You are organised, rigorous and know how to effectively manage priorities as well as various administrative tasks.
• You present an excellent professional image and ensure to offer an impeccable experience to clients.
• You enjoy teamwork, show flexibility and can adapt to the needs of the activity.
