Versatile receptionist-secretary (100% or part-time to be agreed)
This position is central to our daily operations: you will be the first point of contact for our clients, both in person and on the phone, and an essential support to the entire team.
Your tasks
Reception and welcoming
- Physical and telephone reception of clients, in French and English
- Management of the telephone switchboard for the firm’s lawyers
- Reception and direction of visitors with professionalism and courtesy
Administrative management and office maintenance
- Mail management: morning collection and evening deposit of all mail, internal distribution of mail
- General maintenance of the premises, ordering of supplies and invoice follow-up
- Archive management
Secretarial support
- Support to legal secretaries: dictations (letters and procedures) and routine secretarial tasks
- Covering for secretary colleagues during their absences and holidays
Profile sought
- Commercial employee CFC
- Previous experience in a law firm or legal environment would be an advantage
- Service-oriented and discreet (confidentiality of client files)
- Perfect command of French, fluency in English both spoken and written (typing from dictation), proficiency in current IT tools (Office365) and upcoming ones (digital justice, DMS)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with calm and organisation, including during busy periodsPositive attitude, autonomy, versatility, reliability and team spirit
