Reception Staff for Victims of Torture and WarThe Red Cross offers specialized support for people who have survived severe experiences of violence and war. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a responsible personality as Reception Staff (70 - 80%) starting June 1st or by arrangement.What you can achieve- You are the central hub and first point of contact for our staff and visitors, ensuring a pleasant reception.- You coordinate external inquiries by phone and email.- You manage patient records professionally in curaMED.- You schedule appointments with patients, staff, and interpreters.- You manage a cash register and account for incoming invoices.- You process rejected service invoices and ensure correct further processing.- You support staff with other tasks.What you bring- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) or commercial clerk or comparable professional experience.- Experience in a central hub function with direct customer contact.- Interest in working with vulnerable people from refugee and migration backgrounds.- Precise working method and friendly demeanor.- Strong customer orientation, even in hectic situations.- Confident handling of electronic patient records and very good MS Office skills; ideally, you act as a superuser.- Our work model is role-based.
