As part of the strengthening of our team, we are currently looking for a Receptionist and Assistant.MissionAs a true point of contact for the company, you actively contribute to the smooth operation of the reception and support for the various departments.Reception and welcoming:- Welcoming visitors, clients, and partners- Managing telephone calls and general emails- Managing access and visitor badges- Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception areaAdministrative and support tasks:- Managing incoming and outgoing mail- Drafting and formatting documents- Updating databases and tracking files- Managing office supplies- Supporting various departments- Organizing meetings and logistics (visits, travel, events)- Contributing to the smooth running of the officeProfile- Commercial employee certificate (CFC) or equivalent- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Very good command of office tools (MS Office, ERP)- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written- Perfect command of French; Portuguese and/or Spanish is an asset- Sense of responsibility, rigor, and discretion- Interest in a stable and long-term position within a versatile environmentWe offerA varied position within a welcoming and dynamic professional environment, with a caring and quality-oriented corporate culture.
