**Your key responsibilities:**

Manage calls, correspondence, and front-desk reception as a first point of contact.

Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism.
*
Support diary / calendar management, meeting setup and events.
*
Coordination and ensure smooth office operations, supplier coordination and vendors.
*
Support filing, archiving, and ad-hoc admin tasks.
*
Assist management with daily operational needs even under pressure.
## The Successful Applicant ##
**Your profile:**
*
Bilingual in **English and French**, with strong communication skills.
*
Proven experience in a receptionist and office manager role ideally in a family office.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong emotional intelligence, maturity and discretion.
* Very well-organised, able to multitask and flexible mindset.
*
Calm under pressure and able to manage priorities independently
