Your main responsibilities: Lead the reception while adhering to the existing standards and guidelines of the client as well as ISS Welcome, receive, and take care of clients, guests, and visitors Ensure smooth reception operations Main contact person for the assistants of management as well as members in mail processing Communicate in German and French as well as security management, including badge issuance Office management Support at events and client meetings and room preparations Process management between meeting room service, housekeeping, building technology, IT, and customer profile: Completed training or further education in the service sector and/or training in hospitality Several years of management experience is essential Strong customer-oriented and service-oriented skills Flexible personality with a sense of organization and teamwork Quick comprehension Enjoying working with people Appealing and confident appearance Good MS Office skills Language skills: German and English (business fluent), French an advantage Ready for us?
