In line with the evolution of the position, we are looking for: Reception Manager.Responsibilities:- Ensure client satisfaction, optimize revenue, and ensure the smooth operation of the service.- Supervise and coordinate the reception team (including porters and valet/porter-cleaning as per the establishment).- Provide a welcome in line with the group’s quality standards (personalized and dynamic) to our clientele and ensure quality service.- Verify the arrivals for the day and the next day, then control departures and the allocation of rooms based on special requests made during the arrivals of seminar groups in conjunction with F&B, according to established procedures, and coordinate no-shows.- Implement credit policies, respond to clients’ questions and requirements, and pay particular attention to VIP clientele.- Approve or decline upgrades and special requests, manage client complaints in coordination with hotel management, and ensure follow-ups.- Ensure the setup and general cleanliness of the reception, lobby, and entrance hall.- Participate in the implementation of procedures at the reception and ensure their compliance.- Ensure the implementation of procedures related to (establishing and collecting pro-forma invoices…).- In collaboration with the technical service and Housekeeping, coordinate and manage reported technical issues in their service or in the rooms.- Participate in the implementation of procedures to optimize revenues and the average room rate.Qualifications:- Experience in reception (minimum 3 years) - 4 or 5-star hotel.- Excellent command of French and English - 3rd knowledge of Opera Cloud software.- Strong managerial skills and established leadership.- Decision-maker and proactive.- Strong sense of interpersonal skills and confirmed customer relationship management.- We offer you a stimulating position and the opportunity to actively contribute to the success of the establishment.
