As part of a departure, we are recruiting a: Reception Manager (80%) - Permanent ContractLocation: LausanneStart date: As soon as possibleWhat you bring to our missionWithin the Welcome and Services Division, you will guide, respond to, and filter requests from beneficiaries as well as those from internal/external partners by phone, in person at the head office reception, and by email from your future supervisor, Steve: “Within the Welcome and Services Division, our team is the first point of contact with beneficiaries and external partners. Attentive to their needs, we welcome them, guide them, and handle their requests with professionalism and care. I encourage a team spirit based on trust, autonomy, and mutual support so that everyone can learn, share, and grow alongside others.”Your key missions:- Professionally welcome and guide beneficiaries, internal and external partners at the head office reception and through the telephone switchboard.- Process requests received through the main email inbox in relation to internal services.- Handle requests for basic transport services.- Research internally or externally and provide information to partners.- Participate in team meetings and execute various tasks related to your division or profile.Requirements:- CFC in commercial employee or equivalent title.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field, ideally in a similar role.- Proficiency in French, both spoken and written, with mastery of office software.- Ability to manage stress.- Strong listening skills and team spirit for the fields of social work and action.What EVAM offers:- An engaged work environment.- A teleworking policy.- 5 weeks of vacation (6 from age 50).- Very good social benefits.- Meaningful projects in a stimulating intercultural context.The recruitment process consists of 3 steps:1.
