Our Concierge and Reception service is looking for a:



Reception Intern 100% (M/F)



In your role, you will undertake the following tasks:

Tasks and activities

  • Physical and telephone reception at the main Reception.
  • Inform and direct visitors about available services and promote them.
  • Ensure a polished welcome in the conference centres.
  • Participate in reception during the organisation of major events: cloakroom management, checking participant accreditations, among others.

We offer continuous hours from Monday to Saturday, including 2 days off per week:

Morning: 6:30 am – 3:45 pm

Evening: 12 pm – 9:15 pm

Expected profile

  • Native French speaker – English and/or German is an advantage.
  • Interest in reception professions.
  • Versatility and autonomy expected.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, flexibility.
  • Ease of communication and open-mindedness.
  • Impeccable presentation, in accordance with the applied dress code.
