Our Concierge and Reception service is looking for a:
Reception Host 60% (M/F)
In this role, you will help ensure a polished welcome in line with our standards.
Your duties
- Welcome Millennium Residents and external visitors in person and by phone at various reception points.
- Guide and inform our Residents and external visitors about the venue and the services offered.
- Process and respond to emails.
- Receive complaints and relay information to the Reception Supervisor.
- Record and file complaints in the business software.
- Handle required administrative tasks and communicate with all Millennium departments.
Your profile
- Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a hospitality specialist or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in hotel reception or corporate reception.
- Thorough knowledge of reception techniques, adaptability and stress management skills.
- Good listening skills, attention to detail and quality.
- Fluent in French, with good knowledge of English (German is an asset).
